Biking in HK

Thank God for the fine weather! We were able to bike to church on Sunday, my last day in HK. :) The view was awesome, and the cool wind was...cool! Hee hee :D ...It was a great break from the warm weather in SG!

Hiking in HK! :)

My last day in Hong Kong was blocked for BBQ, biking, and hiking with my kind host and hostess.  In this post are photos of our hike.  It was an awesome experience!  I have lived in Hong Kong for a year before, but this was my first time exploring the rural area of HK. :)

We passed by a small cemetery (if you can call it that).  My friend said the locals like their late loved-ones near a hill (or elevated land).

I noticed these cacti in one of the locals' open yard. They reminded me of Cactus Point, Cameron Highlands! :)

This is where our hike began:

I got scared of the huge dogs! I'm so glad they were called in by their owner!!

Notice the wall quite far away. That's where we headed.

My friend wanted us to cross the pipes. If I didn't have my DSLR with me, I would have! ;)

The view behind 'the wall' was amazing!!!
